Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
At CampusEats, we strive to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly. Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Payment was successful but order was not received by the canteen
- Canteen cancelled the order due to unavailability of items
- Order was paid for but the canteen closed before preparation
- Technical errors that resulted in duplicate charges
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Order was already prepared and ready for collection
- Student did not collect the order within reasonable time
- Subjective dissatisfaction with food quality (please contact canteen directly)
- Items that were correctly delivered as ordered
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at campuseats03@gmail.com within 24 hours of the order
- Include your order token number and payment ID
- Briefly describe the issue
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellation by Student
Once a student places an order and payment is successful, the order cannot be cancelled by the student as the canteen begins preparation immediately. For genuine issues, please contact us at the email above.
5. Cancellation by Canteen
If the canteen is unable to fulfill the order (item unavailable, closing time, etc.), a full refund will be initiated automatically.
